Part of #10 — talisman item prototypes and DB templates.

Adds item_proto entries for elemental talismans (fire/ice/lightning/wind/earth) and the SQL templates the server loads.

Paired with:

  • m2dev-server-src: issue-10-talismans
  • m2dev-client: issue-10-talismans
