Part of #10 — runtime assets and Python UI integration for talismans.

Updates the equipment UI to show the talisman slot, adds icons for each element, and displays elemental resistance bonuses.

Paired with:

• m2dev-server: issue-10-talismans
• m2dev-server-src: issue-10-talismans

Closes #10.
