Part of #10 — C++ server support for talisman equipment slot and elemental resistance bonuses.

Adds the talisman item type, equipment slot handling, and elemental resist bonus application to the character stats.

Paired with:

• m2dev-server: issue-10-talismans
• m2dev-client: issue-10-talismans

Part of #10.
