Part of #9 — sash (šerpa) item prototypes and DB templates.

Adds item_proto entries for classic sashes and the SQL templates the server loads at boot.

Paired with:

  • m2dev-server-src: issue-9-sashes
  • m2dev-client-src: issue-9-sashes
  • m2dev-client: issue-9-sashes
